    Character Name: PloxCake I'm assuming, I'm unsure as I haven't logged in for forever (year or so).
    Last thing you did: Trying to buy a zakum raid I think in el nath I believe, or just chilling in henesys, I really don't know
    Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea whatsoever. I really did nothing wrong so I'm confused.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned."
    What GM banned you (optional): Not sure

    Your account was hacked which is why it's banned. An admin can detach your account from the hacker's IP after you have changed your password.

    Ah I see. I'm not sure if the forum password and the server passwords are connected, but I've now changed my forum password, so it would be cool if I could get unbanned :) Would also appreciate if I could get back any potential dropped items/nx that the hacker got rid of if that's not too much to ask for. Thanks in advance.

    Yep unbanned now, tyvm :D I do however only have 2.9K nexon and 570k meso which I think is less than what I had when I got banned, so possible that the hacker traded away some. Had some good items left though, was located in FM when I logged in so maybe the hacker tried to sell them off? I might be wrong and you guys might not be able to look into it but if you could I'd very much appreciate it, if not then I still appreciate the unban, cheers
