Closed Got banned for nothing

    Last thing you did: I was moving around FM having fun like usely till i got disconnected and by trying to login back into my account i saw that i had permanently banned.
    Why do you think you got banned?: For absolutly nothing & beside that my Bishop in an other account (IGN : Trigz, Bishop Lv.163) got hacked 2 week ago and i closed my eye on this by changing my password and making it all back by myself since i worked hard on that char to fund my NL that just got banned.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.

    Update your game files by reinstalling MapleRoyals, then take a screenshot of the folder showing the "Date modified" column. Once we've verified you have the latest files, we'll unban you.

    I did now and i will make sure to keep my files updated since now on. Is it possible to unban both account that are ban from my IP adress please
