Closed SP Reset didn't work

Problem: Nothing happened after using an SP Reset.
Details: I bought a 1st job SP Reset from the cash shop. When I used it everything seemed normal (window opened where I pick which skills I want to move the point from, etc.) but afterwards nothing changed and I lost the SP Reset.

 

Relog/change channel. Some visual bug that we're aware of.

 

I've done both, I still have the point in Dash (I can still use the skill).

 

What was your skill before and after?

 

I didn't take a screenshot but the window showed what I wanted (Dash: 1 to 0, Double Shot: 0 to 1).

 

So, you wanted to -1 from Dash and +1 to Double Shot, is that right?

 

Yes that is right.

 

So what happens when you did the reset? Did it update the points correctly?

 

I used the reset, picked which skill I wanted to take a point from and which to put it into, and confirmed. Then when I checked my skills again afterwards nothing had changed but I lost the reset.

 

Did anything change when you relog or change channel?

 

Not a single thing changed when I did either of those things.

 

Sorry to double post, is there any way I can get another reset to try again? Or am I just out of luck?
