    I was killing in wck disconnect me and the next day I re-entered my account but it did not leave me because I left a permanent warning banned and I do not understand xq if it ise nothing please help me.

    You were banned for having outdated files from the previous patch (the anniversary one), so I am going to need you to re-download the game. Once you do that I need you to go into your MapleRoyals folder & take a screenshot of the contents with the "date modified" column showing. Then just post it here for me so I can verify you downloaded the new files. Feel free to ask any questions if you're confused about anything or need help.
