IGN: Ic3MaN85 Problem: Brought gachapon tickets during lelve 15 & did not know that it requires level 50 to use it. Details: as stated as above i did not know that there's a min level require to actually use the tickets. is there anyway to get a refund or can it be transferred to my other account at this IGN will be my items storage account. Help would be deeply appreciated thanks.
Sorry, but we do not refund for player error. If you get your character to level 50, you'll be able to use them though
hmmm. its not fair to the new players like me who does not know about it. so it would be good if i could actually transferred to another account. =(
I'm sorry, but we cannot make an exception for you. Maybe you can try out a char on this account and find that you really enjoy it!
you can transfer those tickects to another character in the account so if you have a lvl 50 on the account you can still use them
