Closed ID doesn't exist

Hello,

Today when I tried to login I got the message that the ID that I used didn't exist. While I already have played the game the day before. Is my account removed or something?

To add to what Kai said, you probably registered for the forums and not the game itself as they are two different things.

 

I have registered for the game. I already played the game a couple of times.

 

Please, why is this closed when it is not solved yet? I have registered for the game, I played like 4-5 times.

 

Maybe there is some kind of bug where the account is blocked or removed when you log off in a jump quest. Because that is what I did.

 

There's no such bug no. Like many other cases I think you're just remembering your login id wrong and should probably check with an admin in PM's to see what your id actually is.

Edit: if you remember it correctly and it still gives that error, then you might have a similar issue as iceci, but your accounts do still exist.

What is the issue with iceci?

 

I remember iCeci had a strange issue, possibly similar to yours, where even though we have confirmed her account exists she can not log in to it.

Staff has tried a lot to help her, but have yet to find a solution to the problem
