Closed Orbis Rock Scroll Quest Help

    Problem: Can't do another Orbis Rock Scroll Quest
    Details: Finished the quest for orbis rock scroll and after I went to do the same quest it says that the quest has ended due to an unknown error. May be a bug or is this quest not repeatable?
