Closed Unable to log into a specific character/Voting issues

Hello, I am unable to log into this character of mine "hexa90n", and only this character as I am able to log into my other characters in the same account.
Also, I am unable to vote, the site always says that I have already voted but I did not, and no NX was credited into my account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

If the site says you voted this usually means someone else is voting from your ip.

 

Does anyone in your household play mapleroyals or do you vote from a public location?

 

Nope, I'm the only one in my household playing royals, and I am not voting from a public location.

 

Do you use a vpn?

 

No I don't, perhaps that's the reason?

 

If you aren't using a VPN and no one else is using your internet I'm not quite sure what the issue is. Have you tried voting from your phone/phone data?

Yeap it works thank you so much. Now I need help logging into my main character.. I'm able to log into any other characters beside my main. Would you know any solutions?
