    After receiving the quest, I'm supposed to go talk to Lord Jonathan so he can tell me what I need to do. Instead of giving me quest related information, he simply states his generic phrase and nothing more.

    Unfortunately since the quest does not work at all right now your only option is to wait until it's fixed.
