Closed log in problem?

Hi, I'm having an issue:

I can start the game and log-in no problem. I choose the channel and then once I get to character selection, when I select my character, it takes me back to the log in screen, saying an error's occurred. I try logging in again, but it gives me the "already logged in" message. I exit the client, and retry logging in, and I can get to where i select my character, but the same issue is occurring. I thought this was a stuck character issue so I posted a comment with my IGN and details regarding my problem in the "already logged in/stuck character" forum, but haven't gotten a response.
The weird thing is, I can actually successfully get into the game like 1 out of 20 tries. But after playing maybe for like 30 minutes and trying to cc, I would d/c, and this problem would occur again. I tried troubleshooting this problem, but it didn't get me any where.

Any help would be appreciated!

I also tried reinstalling the whole client software and I still get this issue

 

i just tried again and was able to get into the game
but as soon as i cc'ed, i dc'ed and im getting the problem again...

any help pls!

I also posted in the "already logged in thread" but it doesnt seem like any mods check that tbh so im posting my own here
any help would be appreciated!

 

i also tried changing the compatability to windows 7 and running as admin, as well as trying the non-windowed mode client and running that as admin as well
i was able to log in with a bit more success, but when i cc, i still dc and get the same "already logged in" issue

i also feel like this is kinda a different/new issue as well so maybe if anyone else has this issue and its solved, they can look here to get any help?

would've hoped that the mods made this thread section so that they would actually check it or something...
I got a very quick response when I requested for the donor forum tag and havent even gotten a mod to view this thread
