I have a Priest 11x (Deadler) and i have some doubts about the moment when i get promoted to Bishop.. - What's the first thing i need to do when i'm Bishop? - At level 120 i need to buy Genesis 20/30 or it may be later (level 123, 124, etc..)? - Where i could train when i'm 120 Bishop? I'm now training at himes, i don't know if that's the right place for training at my level (116). - What's a decent equip for my level? - What level and equip i need to start bossing? First of all, once you hit 120 get ur genesis (htpq). Start leeching low levels and earn money from that (with that you will also level) Genesis 20 buy once you hit gen10 and you think you really need it rn (i dont think you need since you will low level leech till (i suppose 126-127)) You dont really need equips to start bossing, all what bishops do at bosses is dispel and hs oh and yea you should also finish the ress quests cause you will need it also for bossing. -First thing to do when you hit 120 is advance to 4th job and get Gen10. There's guides on here for that. -You don't NEED to buy Gen20 at 120. Just points into Gen up to 10 until you can afford to buy Gen20. You can wait a few levels. -When you hit 120, you can start to train at Skeles with Gen if you want. Or the ulu maps are good too. You'll be 2 hitting Ulu and maybe 3 hitting skeles for awhile depending on equips and your level of Gen. -You'll want to get a decent Ele Wand 5,6,7 when you hit level 130. -At level 135 you can go to Zak or Krex. Equips don't matter for bossing as a bishop. You'll be support, just make sure you continue to HS and spam dispel in Zak. You'll also want some points in Ress to revive any fallen teammates/buyers.
I suggest taking a relaxed approach rather than a rigorous system of goals and specific levels at which you do x. Exp will come easily for you, even with level 10 Genesis. If you're in a guild, people will likely ask you to boss.

@nany625 has a great HTPQ service if you are willing to pay 50-100m for it. AND you need to make sure you do the quests from Shammos, the troll in the basement of the 3rd job instructors, I think it is Shammos' Past or something, until he asks for the Life Root from HTPQ..... this was my big mistake yesterday).
