Closed SP reset didn't work (skills messed after 2 years and new source update)

    Problem: SP reset consumes but didn't reset points.
    Details: I haven't really played since the new source came out (2~3 years). I downloaded the game and all my skills were messed up. I bought an SP reset to test, but it consumed and didn't apply the changes. Is there any way to reset all the skills and put back SP onto each job?

    I really want to get back but this is too weird.

    Hope there's something to be done, regards.

    Still didn't apply; took 1 from Thrust and put onto golden eagle. SP was consumed.
