We're still investigating this case. So far, thanks for letting us know of what you did. It'll definitely simplify whatever we have to do instead of going one big circle. If everything is in your favor, you'll have your ban reduced to 14 days instead (counting from yesterday of course) as that's the punishment for glitch abuse (refer to game rules). But for now, you'll remain permanently banned until we finished our investigation.
for knowingly exploiting a bug to greater extend trying to make easy mesos and staying quiet about it your ban will remain permanent.
So for you it is correct to be banned permanently at the first mistake made after 2 years but when you are wrong you just need to make a 3-day rollback, losing many people a lot of money and time, and we just have to 'understand' it? Genuinely do not seem to me very coherent
I know I was wrong trying to make money with a bug but I was just recovering the money I lost due to the rollback
There's no point in trying to justify your glitch abusing, at the end of the day you're fooling no one but yourself. I don't really get why you're bringing up the rollback, it was something unfortunate that had to happened because of a software bug, and players were more than compensated for it. Your ban is completely different because you willingly abused this bug to gain an unfair advantage over others. Its not directly hacking, but at the end of the day, you manipulated the game in an unintended way to gain an advantage over others, which is on many levels just as bad as hacking, which is why you have received a permanent ban. Your appeal has been rejected.
