Unfortunately, our bans are by IP address, so if one person in a household has committed an offence, others playing from the same IP will also have to wait the ban out.
Is there no way you can ban individual accounts Katsuruka? If not, can you lower the ban time? I just wanna play Maple
If we were to unban an individual account on a banned IP, that account would be autobanned the moment you attempted to log into it because the IP address is still banned.
Ugh, I just started playing MapleRoyals 2 days ago and was on a roll. Probably a stupid question but could you make an exception and lift the ip address ban? LOL, my brother has definitely learned his lesson >.< . It won't happen again.
