    Why do you think you got banned?: v62 to v83 update?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: You many not access your account because your account is permanently banned. This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection, Please check again.

    Ok, so before you think "wow you didnt try at all on your appeal" let me explain.
    I was playing MapleRoyals a while ago (before the update to the v83 client) and then I stopped for a little while.
    I've recently come back to see the new improvements to MapleRoyals and just now downloaded the new client. I was not banned last time that I played and now when I try to connect I am banned.
    My cleric account is not banned and I know I did nothing wrong on either account. If for some reason you cannot unban me, then please at least let me know why it is that I'm banned, because I 100% truely did not even know I was banned until now. Looks like I was last playing MapleRoyals in sept 2015 when I reported some bugs on the forums.


    Edit: In the case that I was banned for not updating, as I mentioned earlier I just downloaded the client.

    Your account was hacked and was banned as a result of banning the person responsible for the hacking. An admin can detach your account from the hacker's once you have changed your password.

    Wow, I had a feeling that someone hacked me because I knew that I had voted multiple times and never used the NX, and on my secondary account there is a new character named "dre86" that I dont remember having.

    I have now changed the password to both accounts.

    Thank you for helping me with my issue.

    Also, is there any way to recover anything that was lost from the hacker? (I am still unable to get on yet because of this, so I dont know what would be missing)

    You should now be unbanned. A refund will not be possible as your account was hacked due to poor password security/hygiene as part of a hack against easy to guess/reused from other sources passwords
