    Not sure if this is the right section for this?
    But I'm looking for any artist to make an overlay over the level, name, hp, mp, and exp bar.
    like the one you see well known maplestory live streamers have

    not sure if against the rules but i will pay for the commision

    You are wrong. He can get paid as long as it is in real word currency. What is forbidden is to sell art in exchange for mesos or maple godies. That's bannable. If he were to pay the artist in dollars there wouldn't be a problem. If he were to pay with mesos he will get banned
