Closed Cannot get past character selection screen

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: OneOut
    Additional Information: Disconnects me after double clicking my character. I usually get this type of disconnection at the character screen everyday, but it eventually works after trying for 10 or so minutes. But today it has not let me through for a couple of hours.

    Edit: Can log in fine on a different computer, but there is still the issue on my main desktop

    Edit #2: Now i get a "trouble logging into the game? visit nexon.maplestory.net" message before it DCs me from the character screen.

    Sounds like it could possibly be a MAC ban, try submitted a ban appeal for your other PC & hopefully an admin can take a look at it.
