Closed Problem with voting during event on the 3rd and 4th of September.

So 2 days into the double NX event i was able to happily get my 32k NX. However, on the 3rd and 4th of September, i went on the mapleroyals website and they said that my usual 24 hours was up and i was able to vote with the blue 'click here' popping up. But as they directed me to the usual GTOP website, for the past 2 days, it says that i have aleardy voted and that i have to wait another 23~24 hours?? Only happened during the event on 3rd and 4th of september. Never happened ever since i started. Checked my ip and everything. Please help

Is it possible for you guys to refund/reimburst bc missing out on the 16k (or more) really stinks.

Definitely will not kill to lose out on the nx if u GMs can't refund. It'll be ok if it isn't possible (for me at least)

Also, for anyone having suspicions as to why i am asking for a refund during the event, I'm sure the GMs have a way of tracking NX balances in accounts so as to prevent false claims

We will not be able to refund the NX since you did not cast a vote on GTOP100 for it to report the NX back to us.
