You were banned for Macro botting recently on the 26th of august 2017. All of your accounts last logged in from the same computer and none of your items were taken nor was your info changed. Why would a hacker be training on your account?
i haven't play mapleroyals since november or so, i decided to come back after a while because i'm on vacations till next mounth! I just changed my pass today as like someone tolds me. And maybe someone just hack my account to keep it or i don't know, since i've some good gear in my character and MW20 and Gen30, 1 hit at skele! @Tim I used to play another online games and had the same pass for different game accounts.. is there a posibility to get my account info even i haven't give it to someone else?
What? also my Hero/NL account got banned and my cleric too? why?? omg come on.. i wasn't hacking not even doing something bad :S! i've been playing legit since i started in this server and now i got banned all my accounts? @Tim
Your claim doesn't match up. According to our record, all your accounts were logged in on your computer. So since you said you didn't play since November, then who is playing your accounts on your computer?
Hello @Kai . Good morning. I have been playing with a new account that i have made since my bishop's one got hacked/banned. Come on guys i really like this game and i have made a few good friends. I just return to this server and i really am legit.. how can i prove u guys that i haven't do any glitch abuse, use hack programs or have any problem with other players in this game?. Is not fair that all my accounts got banned when i spent a lot time in the past in this game playing legit and respecting all you guys! i've seen a lot ppl got banned for 7-14 days and they get their account back even if they were hacking/botting or did something bad in the game. i have only 3 accounts: 1- Leens/Bishop 2- Leyenda/Hero 3- Healen/Cleric (new one) Please let be able to play again this server and recovery my accounts. If you guys have a record of all my characters and days i played Royals.. you should know i played legit and there's nothing wrong in my accounts and i have been respectful with all your guys. Thanks for your time.
All your accounts have been banned, your new one too. 1. You were banned on Leens for macro botting at Voodoos, teleporting from one side to the other side with healing in between on august 26th 2017. 2. You made a new account to play on and ban appealed for Leens, claiming you were hacked and you haven't played in a long time. 3. Your character wasn't missing anything so it doesn't appear to be hacked, but furthermore all your login details on your new character Healen match the last login on Leens like your MAC address which means Leens was last logged in on and played from on your computer up until you got banned for macro botting. You will remain permanently banned.
Alright but there's something i don't get.. and is if i was that person botting at voodoos.. a bishop lvl 175 training there? idk.. if i used to train at Skeles. And isn't there a limit of days for person who do botting 7-14 days? why perm banned? I know you guys take this as a job and serious thing.. but is to rude ban a person who spent a lot of time in this game. Look at all these ppl that got banned for worst things as hacking, glitch abuse, scamming and doing worst things than botting. At least ban my accounts for a month or so, not permanent! :/

you were not hacked, all your data matches up with the last login you had on your new account. please stop wasting staff time, you will not be unbanned. you were banned for macro botting, not for simply botting by holding a button down, but for running a macro script. It wasn't someone else that hacked you, it was you on your computer.
Is a shame how this game became so strict about ppl that have been doing something that goes against the rules.. I've been reading a lot ban appeals! and all u guys are just making this game not nice to play since u don't give a second chance to the players.. for any reason that they got banned.. there should be a second chance.. we all deserve it. They can learn from the 1st ban.. could be 1 mounth ban or so.. but permanent it's like to strict.. i know you guys takes so serious this game as game masters.. but what could be this game without us.. the players! Not trying to be mean.. or rude.. but if we all players are doing something wrong.. we could get an advice.. and let us know if we keep doing that.. we gonna get ban. But NOT as like you guys do.. perm ban for everybody that do botting or hacking.. At least i got my lvl 175 by training my self.. spending more than 10 hours every day in this seat and loving this server as community!! i play maplestory since 2006 in the Global server.. i've been legit since i started this game. And i know how to play this game in a legit way. Anyways i just wanna show my support to these ppl that got banned for doing something wrong and u guys didn't give them a second chance!
We are making the game nice to legit players by banning illegit people like you. Our goal is in no way to make the game nice to illegit people. We don't give second chances because people who for example hack or macro bot, chose do to so. Its 100% their own fault that they chose to violate the rules to their own advantage, ruining the game experience for everyone else. These people do not deserve a 2nd chance.
