With regards to the bid offers consisting of variable priced items, we would also like to invite those who are interested in purchasing the bidders' items to place an offer on them (in the event of them winning the bid).

For example, those who are interested in buying Momo's 27wa sock can now place on offer on this thread. At this point of time, we do not intend to hold a second auction for the bidder's goods after the sale of the 29wa sock.

Please also keep in mind that these items are not definitely up for sale, they will only be available if the respective bidder wins the auction. We are holding this cascading style auction to accurately appraise the value of each bid and we are only looking to receive ws/cs in the end.

I know that Tim traded his 24 att FS for Mike's 22 att 2 slot Red Sock. I was talking to Mike when he was considering the trade, and we were discussing how to value the items. We talked in game, so this is just based on pure memory, so please correct me if I get anything wrong Mike. We used Tim's 22 att PGC as a reference. Seller for a 21 att 1 slot PGC accepted the trade for the 22 att PGC, valued at 60b. So we agreed that a 22 att PGC is 60b. Considering that a PGC's highest clean att is 9 and a FS is constant at 2 as well as the fact that both have 5 slots, I think we scaled a hypothetical 22 att FS to be worth 70b, since you need a +7, at least two chaos, to get a FS with equivalent stats. We then estimated the 24 att FS to be worth 80b, a 5b premium per att. So if Jackson's offer is a 24 att FS (80b) 19 att cape, 22 att gloves, 1b cash, of which the three are about 50b, then the chair which Eli has sold for 20b, that's a total of 150b. Do note that Mike and I were just discussing together what sounded right, and there's no real precedent for this level of gear. Even so, it may be helpful for how you evaluate what people offer.

I believe Jackson is offering his sock, not FS. A minor typo from your post... to achieve a 22att FS, it's +5 not +7. I think in terms of valuation, Momo's offer is still higher (unless we're including the pink bean chair that Jackson offered +20b).

Appreciate the correction Jackson has a sock, not FS. I'm pretty sure you'd need to get (at least) an additional +7 to achieve a 22 FS compared to a 22 att PGC though. 2 att clean versus 9 att clean.

 

24socks is definitely worth more than 80b
