    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know maybe some bug

    I'm sorry, is your IGN Vladimir or vlamdimir like it says in your profile? Also if it's Vladimir & you said you entered the cash shop & that your ID is already logged in, you are not banned, you are just stuck there & there isn't any way for a GM to DC you from there unfortunately. I'm not sure when a server check will happen, but you need to wait for that or if it randomly gets unstuck. Sorry ~f4
