Was it something I said? I don't believe I've ever said anything serious to be banned for this. Did I maybe side mention anything in regards to real world trading and can I see those chats?

Is there anyway I can defend myself against this claim on me? I really enjoy MapleRoyals and I do try my best to follow all the rules.

This looks really bad on my part I can be honest about that, But in my defense I'm a very helpful person and I always do things for free out of my free will and good nature for other players in the game less fortunate than I am. I've always tried to spread positivity to others and keep players playing with me. While talking with this guy I denied the transaction and chose to just Leech and sell farm on my mage. If it helps my case please go back and look at my logs and where and who I trained with. I didn't think the consequence of even conversing about this would be so severe. Can I possibly have a reduction in the ban? Please look into this manner considering these perma bans without full transaction is reducing numbers of players in the server? I know this is probably not a huge problem yet but overtime It can be. I should be able to at least defend myself and plea for a reduction in ban time, as a warning.

Sorry, being a helpful player doesn't grant you immunity.
Let me put things into perspective. If a GM is caught breaking a rule on his legit, he will also be dealt with accordingly. No exceptions.

And don't worry too much about the number of players. It's has been steadily increasing.

    Your appeal has been rejected.

That's really some bullshit , I don't get how there's just this solid stand on banning someone for making a mistake especially when they can learn from it and continue to grow from it. A time ban would make anyone learn their lesson but instead you choose to just do the most severe thing you can possibly do to me. You won't even consider what I've said or let me defend myself.

There is nothing to defend. We presented you with your chat log, you admitted to it, it's clear you broke the rule, end of story.

I'd like to draw your attention to the registration page when you created your account where it says...(read the bold part, beside the captcha).

And I find it amazing how you're being aggressive here after sending me a PM about 7 minutes ago to make an exception for you.

I'm not being aggressive, I'm baffled as to how you won't even consider a mistake as a mistake. You just use your ban hammer at the slightest chance especially when I admitted to the mistake and told you that It would never happen again. I'm upset because the time the money and the people I met are being controlled by one person from the other side of the world that I have no control over. You see I'm only trying to make a case for myself but you're just shutting me down without the little details I am telling you.

Trust me when I say I don't like banning players. But when it's time to enforce it, we will do it to protect the interest of other players who play by our rules.

You knew it was against the rule (see chatlog attached above), but still you went ahead with soliciting for RWT.

So tell me, what case are you trying to make here? An exception? If that's what you are looking for, then I'm sorry. We don't do exceptions.

Why can't you make exceptions for people that understand they made a HUGE mistake but also that I didn't even follow through with the RWT. I told you I understood my mistake and that I'm not an idiot and learn from my mistakes. I only asked for another chance after a fair time ban. I understand you have to make examples of people who dont follow guidelines but why not make an example by showing some sort of compassion to a player who really enjoys your server?

I'd like to stop you here. I mentioned 2 times in my previous replies that we do not make exceptions. No amount of plea can change that.

We make an example by banning people who break our rules, so whoever tries to break it will think twice before doing it.

To emphasis my point, whether you're a really helpful player/a player who really enjoys the server/donated tons of times, we do not give exceptions.
