IGN: Tyvee Problem: Can't logged in the game. Details: I can't logged in the game after the server check, I have already updated the latest patch, and also followed the troubleshooting Guide to reconnect my internet, I also play private server of maple story , but it can execute smoothly.
It is very difficult to know what problem you are having if you don't give any details. Any error message? What happens? Can you show with a screenshot or a video?

I remembered that I also faced the similar situation before, and I was told that there's no means to deal with it.
Actually, I found that if I typed the wrong password at first, and then the screen would get stuck. After a while, the screen popped out the message said that I typed the wrong password, and I can log in the game by typing the correct password at the second time. (If I typed the correct password at the first time, the screen would also get stuck for a while, but I would be disconnected.) That's the mean which I logged in recently (2 weeks ago) , maybe I would check whether this problem has been solved if I'm available.
