    Last thing you did: It was more than one year for not playing MapleRoyals and I just download the new version and want to start playing maple again.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Did any fault i do one year ago?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.
    What GM banned you (optional): I wish to know what mistake i did
