Obtaining the book from sharks is possible, however starting the quest in order to obtain the skill is not. The npc gives a bunch of quests except the one for concentrate. I'm sure this is the npc cause there is a youtube video in spanish of an arhcer doing this. Edit: Nvm I am an idiot.
Everything in this quest works up until this point where you have to obtain 50 quest items but none of the monsters drop them (Jr. Balrog, the spear guys, and Kargos)
OH awesome! if i get green book too, then we can enter, you need 2 people who need to do the quest, 1 being you and 1 being me. we have to kill lots of balrogs for them and with a timer of about 5/10mins. EDIT:Nevermind i dun goofed
