This was just a thought after I did LPQ for 4hours to get my second Broken Glasses. Long story short, I did 35 ludi PQs and got a Broken Glasses. I chaos-ed it, we all know how it turns out. So I did another 35 ludi PQs and finally got my second glasses. Definitely not touching it for awhile. Straight to my point, I was wondering if it is possible to make Broken Glasses purchasable after getting it once before(35 LPQs). And of course, it has to cost a considerable amount. I also came up with the idea that you'd have to do 35 LPQs to get your first Broken Glasses, after which, another 100 (not accounting for the initial 35), to actually be able to buy infinite amounts of Broken Glasses for let's say 20mil each from an NPC. Of course these is just a rough idea and values I came up with, and I think they are reasonable enough. I've done 35*2 which is 70 LPQs and on average it is 15mins per round with a good party not accounting for time taken to find a party. Don't tell me otherwise unless you've done 70 LPQs or more in the 2 to 3 weeks. First 35 rounds = 35*15mins = 525mins or 8.75hrs Next 100 rounds = 100*15mins = 1500mins or 25hrs And that's why I say it isn't unreasonable because after a minimum of 33.75 hrs of LPQ, being able to repeatedly purchase Broken Glasses doesn't seem to be game breaking in the least. Again, it's a concept and I do not know if it is even possible to be implemented so I look forward to getting some positive feedback
I don't think you should be able to purchase more of an item just because you did it X number of times. If you want another pair, you just do it again because you're essentially starting from scratch, right?
Atm, these are end-game eye accessory for most classes. Even if they release Spectrum Goggles, these are still the best accessory for Thief classes. I think it is fair to make people do another 35 runs to get an extra pair. If you were to make it purchasable, I'd suggest the price to be at least 450m (taking account into 9 hours x 50m / Raccoon Mask + 30%, 6 slots). 20m each is way way way too low. Even a poor guy like me could afford it.
You should be thankful for being able to do the PQ as many times as you want to get new glasses. Think about it if the cap level was active, you wouldn't be able to get glasses after level 50.
Yep I agree fully. Forcing people to do the PQ for the item only helps the server getting PQ groups running, too. Which is a good thing
