Closed Possible MAC Ban

    Problem: Can't get online
    Details: Running on windows 10, able to reach login screen, but as soon as typing in my ID and PW and click login button, it just freezes there, and the login button is greyed out and not clickable. I've run trouble shooting and it says might be a MAC Ban issue?

    Any GM can please help?

    Just so you know, the trouble shooter asked me to post it here.
