If you have lost items, please list them here, with screenshots if possible.) I've had a really big problem that was me using over 12 points in the first skills of a thief than that was needed. I though i had all those points for the 1st job advancement and just clicked really fast in a hurry. It was because I just returned back to mapleroyals again (yay) and was just hurrying the skills. This happened 1-2 days ago. IGN: UsingVinko Problem: Accidentally bought 35 gachapon tickets inplace of AP reset Details: So today this morning I had saved up to 34.1K Nexon Cash. So around 12:30 CEST I tried to buy AP reset in the shop and it said that I have to be lvl 50 or higher to purchase this item, so I though this was a glitch. After that I was just entering and leaving the game to check if it will fix the problem, and it didn't. So then I just clicked on the gachapon 35x tickets and clicked bought because I though you had to be lvl 50 to buy the gachapon tickets. But no, I then had the 35x gachapon tickets in my inventory. I still have them all (35) and hoping i can get my 30k nexon cash back and get the gachapon tickets removed from my inventory. Oh and I found out after that aswell that it was because of a source update that you have to be minimum lvl 50 to buy AP resets. I'm sorry for this all and I'm hoping for a refund so I can enjoy mapleroyals to the max! Either way have a great day!
I don't think you will be refunded nx for your purchase of gachpon tickets, as this is a player fault they unfortunately will not compensate. To help clarify gachapons are purchasable at any lvl given that you have enough nx for it, but they can only be used by a character of lv50+. As for the not being able to purchase ap resets, it is not a bug/glitch, it was implemented in the recent server check (https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-source-update-42-22-09-2017.103553/#post-567966) a counter measure for the number of vote abusing that has happened recently.
We no longer offer free SP resets and the only way to get one done is buying SP resets. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/sp-reset-policy-update.95492/ Unfortunately we don't refund for accidental purchases, you will have to keep the gachapon tickets you bought.
