i have less ap points from some reason and i did all corecct

doesn't seem to me like you're missing points, your total on the level 139 is 724.
and your total on the level 138, is 719 which is 5 ap less which is the expected difference.
pay attention you have 50 dex and 50 int on the 2nd char

 

but my total is 712

you added a total of 708 points to str, which is 13 points you get at level 1, +695.
he added a total of 611 points to str, and 46 to each dex and int, total 703, which is 5 points less than 708.
1 level difference, so they're equal in total points allocated.
