Hi everyone,

After years of not playing maplestory, my friends and I found this server a few days ago and decided to give it a try.
Safe to say that despite all having jobs, a house, girlfriends and stuff we fell back into the old maplestory routine pretty quick.
We are not asking for meso or items or anything, but we would like to join a mature (no maple drama, we are all 20yr+), active and well structured guild to join.
As we have great experience training and bossing before big bang GMS, I'm sure that your guild can benefit us, and later we will benefit your guild.
Most of us were members in PureMsAddict, NaZGhouLz and Satisfy guild back in GMS days and we trained/boss with most of the top of maple back then.

We dont have money and we dont have gears (yet), but most of us were lvl 90-120+ before 4th job ever came to GMS so we have the 'skills' to play.
I am confident that soon we will be timing anego/pianus spawns and slaying himes & skele whenever we are free to play.

Hello, and welcome to Royals! I (as well as most people here) come from a similar boat as you. We mostly played GMS/EMS back in 06-08 which is why I'm assuming most of us joined Royals. Because this is the MS we remember playing as we were growing up. I have no doubt that you and your friends will be large contributors to Royals and know Maple in and out, but you'll find that most of the "best" guilds are exclusive in who they let in. Royals is very popular (~1-1.5k players online at any time), and guilds are limited to 100 players. Most of the "best" guilds have level and Royals experience requirements before they will accept you. You'll often find a level limit of at least 135 to join, this is because that is when your character has graduated to bossing status as well as you have proven that you are here to stay for a bit.

My recommendation would be to find a guild that is "midtier" and start there. Learn more about Royals and how to advance quickly into getting better gear, mesos, and generally how to be successful in Royals as it is a different gameplay from GMS if you want to be one of the elite players. You can find many different guilds recruiting on the forums here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/guilds.12/. This will give you a general idea of which guilds are "best" as well as what you need to focus on to be allowed to join one of them. The other options is to join a "midtier" guild and work to bring it to the top.
