Power Guard bug

    The skill Power Guard should usually absorb 40% of the DMG taken but right now only the numbers of a hit are shown as reduced DMG but the HP bar still receives the full DMG.

    I've added in some 3rd job scripts, can you test Power Guard again and let me know if it is still bugged.

    But I will test it again when I'm able to log in again to make sure.
