I'm going to retract my offer after talking to some people.
Thing is i'm willing to trade you my 21cape, since i feel like its worth more than a 19/2 cape(i'd say it's around 40-45b), because if i would pay +3b i would still need WS/CS so i would pay ~+5b in total which is a bit to much if you'd ask me.
You can always trade the 21cape like i said earlier for a 20attk cape + mesos.

If you have no interest at all just ignore what i said and have Jackson as your c/o.
