I was wondering was items I should buy, and if you know, the price of said items for example, work gloves, earrings, bandana, staff/wand etc etc. Thanks in advance!
That depends on what your goal for this character is. Are you planning to main it it just use it for a money making mule? Are you going lukless or normal? Will you have used for the gear after you're finished with your bishop? I'm currently wearing my +int gear that I'm using to wash my buccaneer, So it has multiple uses. I suggest: A green bandana +16 int Bathrobe for whatever +18 int Earrings can have tma higher than 10 Cape +11 but A shield can work but they are incredibly expensive. For weapons I would buy a good maple staff or shine wand to hold you until you make an end game weapon.
I'd love to hear your intentions with your bishop. Do you plan on maining it, or do you have another class in mind that you would like to funnel your earnings with this bishop to? If you are planning on making another class that is an "attacker" do you want to HP wash said character? Do you want to be able to 1 hit Skeles, or are you just going to go for stormbreakers or ulu2? Once you answer those questions for me, I can probably give you what I think you should buy & what kind of budget to expect.

Im no where near as good to HP wash quite yet im just getting the feel for this kind of MS again. But the goal is to just make money i suppose, but if I have fun with it I wouldn't mind maining it. I have an assassin my goal was to get that account to be really good. But tbh I don't really know what requirements are needed to leech HS with anyways so I was gonna save up some cash to see if I can get some good items to be stronger in the meantime. btw what is "tma" ?
TMA = Total magic attack. The INT plus the magic attack. Based on my own experience, bishops can be fun. They are not difficult to start out with for a first character. The early levels would be rather slow but as long as you are not rushing, they are not too tedious. For me, once I got to 4th job, with genesis, it simply is satisfying to spam a skill that covers the whole map without cooldown. Holy Symbol is great for leveling. Even without selling leech (I'm not capable of one shotting most of the popular maps yet thus am not too popular among the leech buyers) farming the equips and NPC-ing them can earn you quite abit of meso. But I think the best part about playing a bishop is that there seems to be no real restrictions. For me, making a Night Lord or Bow Master, feels incomplete without washing. I feel as though that character I created is not meant for the long run, unless of course, I go through the expensive and tedious process of HP washing. As a bishop, you are good to go.
