I started playing Maple in 2006 back when my uncle showed me the game while playing GTA San Andreas. All the newb shit you do as a 10 year old, I've done. From putting stats in evenly to getting catfished out of a few 100k, it's all been in the back of my mind since then. Even so, there were so many exciting moments, comfy moments, and overall fond memories of playing the game throughout my childhood. Autumn through winter season were always the peak playing times of those years. When I couldn't connect well to people irl, I found a sort of home in my buddy list- just chatting and chatting for hours. Alone, but not really. Those times may be gone, but I hope to create new ones with you guys. Excuse the sentimental stuff, just felt like writing it `^` . My name is Cal. I love anime, art, and music. If I had to give a few of my favorite series, they are 1) Aria the Animation, 2) Nichibros, and 3) Steins;Gate. I usually enjoy slice of life anime the most. Here's my MAL. In regards to art, I lean more towards anime art. I draw myself and hope to become a successful illustrator one day. My art blog. Last but not definitely not least, the kind of music I like. My taste is kinda broad, but I enjoy songs with mellow vibes. Most of the stuff I listen to is in Japanese or from a Japanese artist/band. Other than drawing, I like to share music I find on my youtube channel, Inspira. That's all I have to say about myself for now. My current goals are to reach 3rd job on my main (f/p mage) and to find buddies or a guild I can just chill with. I have the option to mic chat on discord if needed, though I'm rather reserved. I've also streamed the game recently on twitch. I want to doodle more maple characters in the near future~ If you have any questions, feel free to ask~ One I get often is "Why do you play a girl character?" A: If I had to choose between looking at a cute girl and a cute guy, I'd look at a cute girl for countless hours. I also like dressing up my character which also makes me want to draw more. I loved reading all of this, makes me reminisce the old days as well. You have much more patience than I do though with actually training a F/P mage, up to level 76 is pretty brutal! Pretty pathetic but I actually made a permanent low level bishop just to leech my F/P mage, you do what you gotta do though, y'know?
