I do not know why it would be like this, may have had a dispute with someone, but already did not contact him for a while, I guess he may also grudge in the heart and keeping farmed to use the Vote abuse way to let the official think I was Vote abuse and let me be Ban. PS: this man was my friend also has my Discord account but I do not know where he knows my account and made a violation with the game, may be from my Discord personal information to guess my account username, if it could be I will pleaset the request and hope the official can do recovery Account and change my account name, by the way, I'm convinced I didn't share any of information about my game account.

I do have 6 accounts but i didn't vote for my 6 accounts ever (cause I don't know how to do that !!!), that's where I curious, cause I don't know where they got my 6 accounts from, but i could make sure that I absolutely didn't leak any of Information about my account to other people or even my friends, and what I guess is probably all my account has just like one letter is different,and that should be a reason that they can easier to hack my account and use Vote abuse method to makes my accounts to be blocked and banned from this game, if possible, hope official recovery my HoliboX and HoliboS and change my username (not character name, I'm convinced i did not leak share any of informations about my account to others and even my friends.
They might guess your account names but they can't make 6 votes for your different accounts. They don't have your password so the login IP/MAC addresses won't be changed, vote abuse can't be done either. The only reason that works was you, you have the access to your all accounts and changed IP/MAC addresses for multiple votes.
Does it needs to password to log in when making vote? what does this mean? I did try to change the IP/MAC and vote other accounts before, but I never success, cause I believe you official fixed it earlier, whenever I try to vote more than one time to the voting website , they gave me this msg , that I can't make vote more than one times even I changed the IP/MAC, if possible, hope official recovery my HoliboX and HoliboS and change my accounts names, I will be make 100% sure to convinced i won't leak and share any of informations about my account to others and even my friends.
oh oh oh, I got you, you are meaning that when voting NX then players needs the game account name and password to login? but for now it doesn't have to need the password to login when voting for NX, and I fairly to strongly suggest and strongly agree you official can fix this sooner in case that hackers won't do this behavior again like this. and I also hope the new Patch will be detect IP changing on each computer for you can see how many IPs the computer users were using before, that can make sure if this computer was using other IP to make vote abuse.
No, we can check players login IPs/MACs from the game database. If all of your game accounts were logged by you, someone shouldn't be able to make multiple votes for you in 24 hours. We don't believe your story because you did vote abuse almost every day and that can't be done by someone else. You will remain banned, appeal denied.
