Is there any proof that someone talked to me ? I was watching video while hunting .And i remember that i could log out safely. Im very sure that i didnt use any macro botting sofeware or whatever. I spent a lot of time playing it so i hope i dont get ban for nothing
we dont randomly ban people lightly especially not permanently so yes, we do have evidence of you not replying to someone talking to you for extended time.

You are banned for macrobotting, not robotic play. To us, it seems like you used some script to auto cast bahamut. Our decision remains and will not be changed.
I admitted that I left to do something else that i missed other's questioning. I did not know about macrobotting and i swear i did not use it. How can GMs assumed me but not other players? I don't think it is fair to me as people only get 7 days banned while i got banned permanently. I have nothing in my computer that can auto cast skills.
How is my behavior in game ? Can you explain in more detail? I am sorry if i annoyed you but i just feel unfair after knowing i can actually get a lighter punishment than permanent ban. Because of your behavior, we cannot differentiate between you controlling your character, or by a script/program. This is further aggrevated by the fact you didn't respond to another player who called you out for an extended period. We are also not obligated to show you the evidence.
That's why I am explaining, i left my laptop after casting the skill. As bahamut skill has a period of 3min. If i did recasting bahamut skill after 3 min without replying that player, that would mean that macrobotting. But if i didnt not reply the player as my bahamut goes off, that would mean that i left my laptop. Can you show evidence without the player names ? i just want to explain more as i did not use macrobotting.
Does that 100% means I am macrobotting ? Because i really didnt not use it. That is possibility that i press the skill without looking at the chatbox. Is there other ways to proof that ?
