Closed account stuck in amherst

    Problem: Connection lost
    Details: so basicly i recently started playing the game, and each character i made got stuck in Amherst,
    i open 4 characters and all of them when i try to use the portal out of amherst(maple island) its says "unable to connect to the game server" and goes back to login screen.
