NX not received after voting

    Hi there admins. I have voted at around 1.05am(GMT) but have yet to receive the NX. Please do look into it and thanks in advance.

    same here I voted earlier today around 2pm PST, and never received my NX, even attempted voting again right now since it said I haven't voted yet and still nothing been waiting for around 10-20 min

    this is complete BS, they may have fixed the issue with getting no NX for voting but they have not compensated us for the previous votes that did not get any NX. The admins were supposedly keeping track of our votes and would give us our missing NX, but they haven't so I think we can assume that half of that post is a complete lie and they do not actually keep track of votes and if I am wrong and they are keeping track then someone please give us our NX for our votes that did not get anything

    I have not receive my NX again for today's voting. Hopefully, they would fix the problem soon and compensate for the loss too.

    Refunding an entire server takes time and won't be done while the server is online. They will likely prepare a query for a server check that reads out gtop100's vote history from when the incident occured and then make the query refund the usernames voted for with 8k nx per vote. At least I think that's what we did last time there was a voting issue.
