I'm sorry if this is a silly question but I'm not exactly very tech-savvy. I can't seem to locate the .wz file on the website to download? I can only find the Mac Client on the download page and when I downloaded and unzipped that file, it just gives me another "MapleRoyals Client" so now I have 2 of those LOL. Can I delete that newer download? How do I get the .wz file? Please advice, thank you!!
Just click the big download button for the Mac Client, once it is downloaded all you need to do is double click the application to start the game. You may want to get rid of the old one so you don't get confused. You can explore package contents to retrieve any screenshots before you delete it, or more the screenshots to the new package.
I just tried it. The new client wouldn't launch the game, the icon just keeps bouncing on my dock. The old client still works great for me though.
Right click on it and open it that way. Then it should bounce and probably nothing will happen. Wait 10 secs and then open it by double clicking again. This has to be done only the first time and works for any type of application not confirmed by the App Store.
Hi! So I had the same problem, but fixed it, and now when I try to open the application, wineskin just keeps popping up instead of actually loading the game. I found another thread on the forum about wineskin and tried to fix it using what he said by updating it, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
I would remove what you have and reinstall MapleRoyals. All you should do is download the ZIP from the site, extract it, and then run that MapleRoyals Client.app.
