Hi i am thinking about starting a new character, i am looking for help to level my character fast. What is the fastest way to level up from 1-40 , is it to buy leech from people or is it to do party quests like kerrning and ludi or is it better to grind monsters?

I can't seem to find a guide on leveling up fast but i see people selling leech for low level at 40m per hour and im wondering if that's a fast fast way to go thank you for any responses!

Orbis etc is the fastest method of getting from 10-20. You can do it to 30 but it gets a lot more expensive at that point.
At LVL15 you can do the 'Welcome to New Leaf City Quiz' offered by Icebird Slimmm. Pretty decent exp for a very easy quest.

Yeah, you'll probably struggle to hit them without dex/accuracy equipment. Accuracy pills from Ludibrium pot store give +10 for 10 minutes.
Buy a green bandana and slap 100% dex scrolls on it for +10 dex. Shoe for dex gives accuracy but I prefer making speed shoes myself on a warrior. Dex bathrobe, dex single earring, sad mask from cbd gach/fm.
Buying leech at low levels is more for people hp washing. It's more like 50~60mill/hour so you're better off investing in gear and just grinding.

Good advice! Shouldn't u be buying and scrolling stuff with accuracy rather than dex? Like weapon for accuracy or helmet for accuracy?

Accuracy scrolls will give you more accuracy of course but dex will increase your range a bit too.

Is there a reason why people only sell zombie teeth? I don't see anything good that u can even get submitting teeth, isn't getting the other etc. Pieces better?

Just cuz they're a viable training class for some classes (namely clerics and assassin). Plus when you're hunting for gold tooth for Zak, you're bound to fill your inventory with a few stacks of normal ones.
