Can't log on my character, can't vote for Nexon

Hi!
I have back to the game and when I try log in, after choosing a character I have been disconeted. Always, each times.
When I try to vote for NX, the page response me that "There is no character level 15 or above on the account.", but my character is over 15 level.

Name of character: Amadeusz

Can someone help me please?

 

Are you disconnecting with an error message?

 

Nothing, no message, just client force close.

I see that I logged in free market, jump down and force close.

 

If you are actually logging into the game then it doesn't sound like there is any problem.
Did you update your files with Halloween?

 

Okay I will download new installer, but how about voting? Why I can't vote? I have a character over 15lvl.

 

Are you voting with your account name/username? Character name does not work.
