    Why do you think you got banned?: I dont have idea.
    Ban message when attempting to log in:     "You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned."


    Hi good day. I have not been entering Maple very often, and today I wanted to do it, I got a message of "permanently banned". I would like to know the reason, I did nothing wrong or anything, just happened and I would like an explanation, please. Thank you very much

    Yeah you're not in trouble, you just got banned for having outdated files. All I need you to do is re-download the game & then go into your MapleRoyals folder & take a screenshot of the contents with the "date modified" column shown. If you need help or have any questions, lemme know.

    Hi, good morning, after a long comeback and I see this, I updated the game today. and on the date of modification I have dates of 2010, but when I give details and see "creation date" does appear today's date (10/21/2017)
