I think it was a person called Vastia; he is a friend. We were speaking about the American political system, and then about where he is from. I believe he mentioned he's from India, and I had jokingly said I was from New Delhi. I did use a foul word, "bitch", but I did not think it would or intend it to offend in our context. If it did, I sincerely apologize. It is quite startling that this would take such an unexpected turn.
A friend could be one who is close to you; a person whom you cherish and know well. On the other hand, a friend could be one whom you've recently been acquainted to; this friend does not know you on a personal level. In this situation, the latter is being referred. It is rational that, of which I accept, one would not treat another as kindly or friendly when offended by his acts. It could be because he does not personally understand the other, as would a close friend, and therefore does not understand the humor. Or the topic was not one with which he was comfortable discussing. We can argue on and on, but these theories will not get us to anywhere. The main point is that my choice of words may have upset him, albeit unintentional. I truly apologize for it, and it will not happen again.
After reviewing this myself there is no reason you should've been banned for the whispers that occurred. Unbanned and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
This has now been reviewed for a third time through logs, and it is clear that you did not know this person at all and that the abusive language was uncalled for. Therefore I am reinstating this ban, and the 3 days will be added on to your other recent offence, making for a total ban of 10 days.
