IGN: KrakenStorm Problem: Tried to Vote but can't vote Details: Clicked 'Vote For NX' on Mapleroyals site , went to GTop Site , Solved the Captcha , however it wrote that i've voted hours ago which i clearly did not . That happened around 24/10/2017 | 1555 server time. Please advise what should i do now thank you ~
Try using a different browser; if you are using google chrome, use fire fox & vise versa. & make sure you are not using your phone.
Tried with Chrome , Firefox , Internet Explorer with PC , its still on cooldown at GTop website. I think i'll just wait for the timer and see what happens next. Thank you~
Are you using uBlock by any chance? & make sure that you are using your log in ID to vote & not your IGN. Is there anyone else that could potentially be using your connection i.e do you live in a dorm?
Don't know about uBlock but im using Adblock , tried disable it and vote without the Adblock but still unsuccessful. Do i need to disable Adblock next time when i vote ? Yes im using to vote with my ID and not my IGN . No , i'm the only one playing Royals in my household connection .
I know that uBlock has given voting issues in the past & is just one of the things on the list of stuff I ask. I would try disabling your adblocking program(s) that you have & try voting if you can.
Tried to vote again just now after the Timer in GTop reset . It shows me please vote again in 23:46:xx . I disabled my Adblock , and tried using a different browser . Still no NX received .
I've been fighting this issue for 3 days now, still nothing. i've lost out and so much items and money opportunities because i've not received my NX i hope a GM can help me out or fix it. if i can get refunded that would be sweet too but i doubt they can do that.
Usually NX will get refunded if there are alot of people facing this kind of problem IMO. Hope not =X then the issue wont be resolved until GTop does something about it. Sad
