    Reason for blacklisting:     Borrow 100m but refused to return.
    Details (include picture if applicable): Out of kindness, free leeched this guy from 116 to 118 while he offer me HS & lend him 100m when he ask me if I could lend him the mesos for Bishop HTPQ quest, promising to return the next day when he become Bishop. Didn't ask him for it until a week later. But he continued to played dumb and ignored my pm whenever I ask for updates and sometimes later in game, he also pmed me to do favors for him if I want my meso returned (don't have ss for that unfortunately). When I finally called him out on BL for playing dumb & being a dick he blocked my main and ignore/run away from my characters .
