Closed SP Reset did not work

Problem: SP Reset didn't reset SP
I've just purchased a 1st job SP reset on my pirate to remove a point from dash to be put on double shot. But after using the SP reset, the skill point was not reallocated? Is there any way to get this fixed or have the NX spent refunded?

 

did u put it on a skill that had some levels on it or had no levels on it? if it was no levels, it glitched

 

Double Shot was Lv 0, while Dash was Lv 1.

 

happened to me twice, tried to allocate a skill into one that had no levels and it didnt happen, and an sp reset disappeared

 

Happened to me today, I just relogged and the changes took effect.

 

I've logged off and on many times since then and it's not changed at all.
