HELP | installtion.

    when im install the game the icon of mapleroyals,exe is removed automatic over 5 times i tried and its happend again. im using win 7 64 bit. and i tried to shut down anti virus too. thanks for help

    Turn of your antivirus. Install royals again. Once royals is installed, ADD THE FOLDER TO THE EXCEPTION LIST OF THE ANTIVIRUS, and then turn the antivirus back on.

    cannot. at the beggining of installtion the icon of "mapleroyals.exe" is desapired.(but the installtion continue-no errors) morethen 5 times . i tired to restart, change location, shut down the anti virus.

    If the icon is gone is because your antivirus is not fully off. Try rebooting your pc, then turn the antivirus off and only then install royals. Once royals is installed don’t forget to add the folder to the exclusion list BEFORE turning the antivirus back on or it will delete royals again. Is either the antivirus or windows defender one out of 2
