ign: Lunabuns Problem: Gaching in mushroom shrine, get "uknown error" details: every time the message appears it takes a ticket but gives no item, who knows how many tickets ive lost I was wondering why my tickets were vanishing fast so i opened my inv while gaching and this is what ive found.
Are you 100% sure it's taking your tickets? I occasionally get the error message as well but it does not consume a ticket for me.
100% sure yes. I was suspicious at first but I opened my inventory and kept an eye on the tickets as I clicked the gach button. When the error came up my tickets went from 29 to 28.
I'd love to get evidence on this & then hopefully we assist anyone that it effected through either NX or gachapon ticket refunds if it is a thing.
Same, lost more than 50 to for sure on my last almost 1k Tix gach run. Maybe more. I found out that when I had inventory open it would not consume but if it was closed and suddenly opened tight after gaching you clearly see a gach ticket goes bye. Maybe I am wrong, I just managed to clearly see it goes down by at least 1. Out of so many times I received this error and didn't check. Anyways, that makes a sense why I did not get as many items as I thought and felt I had to receive including potions and def like scrolls.
I got this error too but I did not dare think it could be true that I actually lost my ticket. I counted the items I got and it was just 34, not 35. But I just though "meh, I must have missed something when I counted". Next time, I will check the chat log and see that it has really given 35 items on 35 tickets. Would this serve as evidence?
