ID: thatseanp, nolinsk I had this same problem and I posted about this issue quite some time ago but didn't receive a reply. Basically even though both chars had lots of empty slots in their inventories, the trade was somehow unsuccessful. I lost a +16int green bandana because of this error....
Is there any more information you can give us? Either you or us would have to replicate this to have a refund be a thing. This is the first time seeing this so I have no clue how it works.
I don't know how to explain clearly, My 2 accounts traded unsuccessful. The NX items(santa hat, santa robe ...) back to bag("Lv100Asashin's"),and others lose.One of lose item is +31Luk Bathrobe(Female), I scrolled it yesterday , passed 5*30%LUK scroll, 2*60%LUK scroll and 1*70%LUK scroll. I was trading stuff between my two chars in different accounts. Transfer of items went like this: waitseanp (brawler that I failed to hp wash sufficiently) -> thatseanp (main) -> nolinsk (new brawler) The first thing I did was to transfer items from waitseanp to thatseanp. I did this by dropping all the cash shop equips and int equips with waitseanp, and then looting them with thatseanp. There was some weird 1-2 sec delay where I was unable to loot stuff that I dropped on the ground. The second thing I did was to transfer items from thatseanp to norilisk. I did this by trading all the cash shop equips and int equips between both chars. Both characters had lots of slots in the equip tab but upon completion of the trade, I got an error saying "This trade is unsuccessful". After the trade was unsuccessful, I tried to trade again but realised that my 16 int bandana disappeared... (If you must know) I transferred like this because I didnt want to bring my brawler from Orbis to Nautilus since it moves slowly and doesn't have a hog. So I used my main.
