So I have never got this string of errors before and I am not quite sure how to handle them. Ive tried reinstalling and rerunning the new patch and it still wont allow me to play. :[ "Failed to execute the game. Please check installation" Ill try any suggestions.
I think your client may be corrupt, try redownloading the windows client (not full installation) on the downloads page. Also, if you are using windows 8.1 try using compatibility modes.
now its doing this when I try to launch http://prntscr.com/43rppl I reinstalled the client. After it does that I get this thing http://prntscr.com/43rr5k Should i just uninstall everything ad start from scratch?
That should not appear if you are opening the client. I would have expected that to open if you were opening the setup file. Did you put the client you downloaded into the MapleRoyals folder?
idk if this would help but download teamviewer and ask one of the staff to D/L it for you and help you thought the steps so you don't mess up on anything.
I walked her through it using share screen and skype. It was just an issue with the exe and what folder it was in. Moldy = awesome
